The November 15 membership meeting featured a presentation by Bruce Raak and Destiny Stone from Jackson National Life Insurance who provided an overview of the JNL “grow your own” program.  Bruce and Destiny explained how JNL developed their unique assessment tools and Programmer Trainee Classes--which they have successfully used to help supplement their other recruitment/retention efforts.
